NYSTAR®
The Nystar® sewing threads line is produced with high tenacity Nylon 6.6 (H.T. polyammide thread).
Nystar® threads are made through a "revolutionary" process which bestows their particular structure named "monocord".
In order to stick together the thread, a special technic named "bonding" is employed in addition to the traditional throwing process. The bonding consists of tying the single filaments through a complex "resin".
The result is a compact and uniform structure (monocord) which allows to keep unchanged the mechanical characteristics of the original thread and to give a perfect counterbalance to the thread during the use.
